How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders of $80.00 NZD and over. For orders under $80.00 NZD our shipping fee is $6.95 NZD. Deliveries are sent by courier and can take between 1-3 business days to arrive. Deliveries to rural addresses have a shipping fee of $10.00 and may take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive.
Rest of the world
We ship internationally! We have shipping setup for Australia, USA, Canada, and Israel so you can order on our website. If you're from another country, we can ship to you too - just email us so we can arrange this for you. Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world. Custom fees (if applicable) are not included in the shipping price. We are not responsible for any costs or issues that may occur at customs when entering your country.
When will I receive my pre-order product?
You'll see on each product when that product is expected to arrive, i.e. before Halloween. If you order in-stock and pre-order products in the same order, shipment of your in-stock items will be delayed until your pre-order item has arrived at Sweet As Pup HQ and is ready to be shipped.
Do you have a size guide?
No. Because we stock products from different brands, we don't have a one size fits all size guide. If you're looking for yours or your pup's size in a product, please refer to the individual product page which will have sizing information for that particular product.
I want to send a gift! Can you do that for me?
Absolutely! We make gifting easy for you!
1. Select the gifts and/or greeting cards you wish to send and add them to your cart.
2. Change the shipping address at checkout to the address of the gift recipient. Add a message to the notes field if you'd like us to include this with your order.
We also offer gift cards by email if you want the recipient to choose what they'd like for themselves.
When will my order be sent?
Orders are dispatched on weekdays by courier (excluding public holidays).
The product I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
If the product you want is out of stock, please send us an email at email@example.com. We restock products often and if you let us know what you'd like, we can make sure you get the product you want as soon as it is back in stock.
Can I collect my order from you?
We don't currently offer pick up as an option. We ship every weekday (excluding public holidays) to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Do you have a store I can visit in person?
Not yet! We hope to have our own store one day but for now instead of the overhead of renting a physical store we put that money into bringing you and your pup even more next level products.
