Do you have a size guide?
No. Because we stock products from different brands, we don't have a one size fits all style guide. If you're looking for your size in a product, please refer to the individual product page which will have sizing information for that particular product.
I want to send a gift to a pup/pup lover! Can you do that for me?
Absolutely! We make gifting easy for you!
1. Select the gifts and/or greeting cards you wish to send and add them to your cart.
2. If you know the recipient's postal address you can change the shipping address at checkout to the address of the gift recipient. If you don't know the recipient's postal address you can write the recipient's email address or instagram handle in the order notes box in your cart. We'll make contact with the recipient to get their address and send them your card. If you're sending a card only, we have a greeting card only shipping option available.
We also offer gift cards if you want the recipient to choose what they'd like for themselves.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders of $100.00 NZD and over. For orders under $100.00 NZD our shipping fee is $5.00 NZD. Deliveries are sent by courier and can take between 1-3 business days to arrive. Deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 1-2 business days to arrive.
If you're sending a single greeting card directly to the card recipient, a shipping fee of $1.50 NZD applies. As cards are sent by post, they can take up to 10 days to arrive.
Shipping is $16.00 NZD. Shipping times vary, particularly with continuing Covid 19 shipping delays. Custom fees (if applicable) are not included in the shipping price. We are not responsible for any costs or issues that may occur at customs when entering your country.
Rest of the world
Shipping is $32.00 NZD. Shipping times vary, particularly with continuing Covid 19 shipping delays. Custom fees (if applicable) are not included in the shipping price. We are not responsible for any costs or issues that may occur at customs when entering your country.
When will my order be sent?
Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
The product I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
If the product you want is out of stock, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then add you to our back order list so you will be notified when the product is back in stock.
